CONSTELLATIONS is an attempt to reconfigure “stardust” — family photographs, ephemera, and souvenirs unearthed through the process of sorting personal belongings — into “constellations” through the artist’s gaze and aesthetic judgment. Conceived as a material embodiment of the doctoral dissertation, the work presents this metaphor of connecting fragments with inner images as a variable installation.
